Wha?
I know, I get way too worked up about the stuff people plaster all over their cars.
I just saw the following bumper sticker:
“I PRAY AND I VOTE!”
What in the Sam Hill does that mean? It’s nice that you pray. I’m catholic. But what does that have to do with voting and politics? Have we criminalized prayer or something? If so, someone should tell the President, the Kansas State Board of Education, every professional athlete and all the wackos on the high end of television’s forgotten UHF band.
I need to whip up some stickers:
“I DRIVE AND I VOTE!”
That’s no less meaningful.
Maybe this:
“PLEASE STOP TAKING FOREIGN POLICY ADVICE FROM THE VOICES IN YOUR HEAD!”
It’s not God, sir. Really. The Almighty gives better advice. You might consider the possibility that Cheney and Wolfowitz are playing some sort of childish prank with that “hearing aid” they’ve given you. Did you ever see Val Kilmer in “Real Genius?” It’s dated and its script was written with processed American cheese food, but you should really check it out sometime.
