Sadly, No! has an interesting post which examines the political contributions of America’s uber-rich. As you’d expect, their contributions to Republican candidates dwarf those made to Democrats.
That’s no surprise, of course; but file this under “I did not know that.” Billionaire investor and “Oracle of Omaha” Warren Buffett contributes far more to Democrats than Republicans.
It’s too bad I don’t have an extra $89,000 (current quote) laying around, or I’d buy a share of his company’s “A” stock.
